We drove from Richmond to Cincinnati to get a vehicle for my job,We talked to Gage and he was easy to talk to and did no mind showing us more than one vehicle, we settle on a 2012 vehicle, it was clean and ran well.We ran out of time to finalize the deal because we had a pre-approval from my bank and it closed at 5p.m. Gage call the next day to find out if we were going to pick up the vehicle and I said yes, in about 3hrs, my family and I arrived almost 3hrs later and the vehicle wasn't ready Not Gage's fault, it took 3 more hrs to replace the hood holding sticks, I was hungry and wanted to do a lil shopping, but I wish the service shop would have give us an ETA, One thing I absolutely dislike about NW Automotive Group is that they penalize you for having decent credit and walking in with a pre-approval loan and not fina high Interest they offer, the penalty is499.00 Dollars! Of course I had the choice away but Gage did a good job, hope he gets some of it, won't pay that fee again.

I was a little nervous about trying to get a car because my credit isn’t the best but I came in and Alec help get me approved on my Chevy Camaro. They really got me a great deal.

We rarely buy cars from dealerships we prefer private sellers. But if every dealer was like this one, we'd never buy from a private party again. Don, the salesman, was a great guy, and a total pro - he made the entire process smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable. But the real all-star was Amy, who arranged the financing. Part of the reason we went through a dealer was to help my wife rebuild her credit, and making a $12,000 loan work out was a challenge - but Amy worked her tail off to make it happen. You would have thought she was our lifelong best friend, the way she treated us and went to bat for us. We can hardly wait for this car to wear out so we can buy another one from Amy and Don. These people are very real, genuine human beings.

The most painless car buying experience ever! We drove from over an hour away to buy a car at Nationwide Automotive Group. Johnny Cox was our salesman and he was amazing to work with. He was very personable and knowledgeable. They have definitely earned a repeat customer in me!

First of all I pulled in and I was greeted by a valet service who kindly parked my car for free as I went inside to speak to a salesman. Then a huge event was going on and after review of the flier I decided to go ahead and purchase a vehicle because of the deal. I was total impressed with everyone at this location and the cars they have are very nice and exotic. I give them 4 thumbs up.
